Speed test software has been installed on a dedicated server connected outside of the UCF network on our border router, exactly one hop away from our service provider.  It can be used by anyone outside of the UCF network to test the speed and reliability of the various service providers between themselves and UCF. 

This does not include the network connections at UCF remote campuses.  Those networks have a separate dedicated feed back to main campus and are considered part of the UCF network as a whole.
